Job summary

Qualifications

- OR 3 years in ops/logistics/retail with supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
- Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
- Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
- Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
- Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and maintain procedures.
- Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others.
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders, giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
