Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year in ops/logistics/retail and supervision.
• OR 1 year as Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising and developing associates; managing workload.
• OR 3 years in ops/logistics/retail with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and maintain procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, foster belonging and motivate through a culture of inclusion.
• Act with integrity and uphold Walmart values with accountability and positive impact.
• Serve customers by delivering results and applying EDLP/EDLC models to plans.
• Drive continuous improvements and adopt new technologies and skills.
