Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• 7–10 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Proven success with computerized operating systems.
• Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees and manage staffing, performance, and development.
• Ensure production requirements are met and coordinate with subordinates to address problems.
• Synchronize labor to maximize throughput within timeframes.
• Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Maintain time and production records and attendance.
• Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies.
• Interpret specifications and job orders and assign duties.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Suggest changes to improve equipment use and work conditions.
• Motivate employees to achieve goals and participate in staff meetings.
• Meet forecasted product delivery commitments and ensure quality and cost control.
