Responsibilities

• Identify and allocate resources (staffing, training, equipment, facilities, monetary) to support the unit's goals.
• Lead cost-efficient execution by optimizing resources and processes.
• Develop accurate estimates of costs with vendors or internal allocations.
• Prepare budget justifications and proposals with management approval.
• Plan staffing to ensure department goals are met.
• Assess candidate qualifications to hire/promote with needed skills.
• Foster constructive conflict to reach optimal solutions and compromise where needed.
• Build trust and cooperation among team leaders for effective collaboration.
• Delegate tasks to meet timelines and maximize leader efficiency.
