Job summary

• 6 years' experience in the industry or related field
• Experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel logistics preferred
• Experience with independent contractor models and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team
• Proficient in organization and time management using MS Office

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services
• Plan and budget based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate operations results and report to Regional Operations/General Managers
• Coach and manage performance of hourly and salaried staff
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and collaborate with Vendors/ICs
