Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Proven success managing a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of 5-15 accounts with focus on cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a 50-100 employee team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational excellence and company goals.
• Ensure a high-value benefits package supports staff wellbeing.
• Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for customers and employees.
• Develop and execute cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges.
• Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, time tracking, and labor budgets.
• Monitor and control equipment, supplies, and materials inventory.
• Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold standards.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and retention.
• Support fellow Operations Managers during building start-ups and resource sharing.
