Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field preferred and ongoing insurance education encouraged.
• 5+ years in automobile insurance with supervisory experience required.
• Customer service, policy processing and underwriting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of assigned Plans; supervise staff and set work priorities to meet performance standards.
• Develop and monitor Plan policies and procedures for processing, training, data entry, audits and inquiries.
• Meet with staff regularly to discuss progress and resolve issues; ensure quality and productivity.
• Develop training programs for staff development and performance.
• Monitor workloads and adjust priorities to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Identify and fix slowdowns in call and processing systems; implement action plans.
