Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years Operations/Production Management experience in a small job shop setting.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; familiarity with ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling.
• Creation and monitoring of KPIs for production metrics.
• Training and development of supervisory staff and operators.
• Maintaining safety and compliance.
• Maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Oversight of Quality function and development of the Quality Supervisor.
• Inventory control.
• Continuous improvement, problem solving, and problem analysis.
• Resolution of escalated employee and customer issues.
