DeLisaGroup is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production, quality, and inventory at our Waterbury-area facility. You will lead the team, drive production planning, and develop KPIs to improve throughput and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Operations/Production Management experience in a small job shop environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent time management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic familiarity with ISO 9001 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including production, quality, and inventory functions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, lead time, waste, efficiency.
• Train and develop supervisory staff and operators.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
