Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Proven experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management.
• Strong background in inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, and operational performance management.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, or similar platforms.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or KPI-driven initiatives experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, assembly, and distribution functions.
• Manage and develop department managers, supervisors, and operational teams supporting a workforce of 200+ employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and material flow processes.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
