Job summary

Custom Truck One Source, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN, seeks an Operations Manager with expertise in aerial vehicles, equipment, and heavy- and light-duty trucks. You will oversee day-to-day service, parts, rental, assembly, and sales operations, driving toward budgeted revenue and operational goals.

You will lead teams, monitor safety and quality, review KPIs, and collaborate with leadership to improve performance and customer satisfaction while maintaining CTOS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service, parts, rental, and sales operations.
• Knowledge of aerial vehicles, equipment, and heavy/light trucks.
• Strong leadership and budgeting background.
• Commitment to CTOS safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set service and production goals.
• Review financials, KPIs, and sales activity to assess performance.
• Evaluate site performance and devise improvement plans.
• Coordinate with managers to service, repair, and build heavy equipment.
• Approve estimates and repair orders with the service team.
• Allocate budgets for supplies, equipment, marketing, and staffing.
• Lead weekly site performance reviews and task planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR.
• Uphold safety practices and CTOS safety culture.
• Oversee Quality Control and continuous process improvements.
• Monitor rental turnover and equipment utilization.
• Supervise parts inventory and reorder thresholds.
• Support sales teams to drive revenue.
• Maintain clean, presentable facilities for customers and vendors.
