Job summary

Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) St. Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Saint Paul location. This role oversees service, parts, rental, assembly, and sales operations to ensure profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will drive performance, coach department managers, and develop staffing plans while maintaining a strong safety culture. A background in heavy equipment or commercial trucks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience in heavy equipment, utility equipment, aerial equipment, commercial truck, construction equipment, or related industries.
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple departments and direct reports.
• Knowledge of service, parts, rental, and production operations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across service, parts, rentals, assembly, and sales.
• Manage site performance, financial results, KPIs, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop department managers and employees.
• Drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Review estimates, repair orders, inventory management, and rental utilization.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth.
• Develop staffing, training, and workforce plans.
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the facility.
