Cencora is seeking a seasoned operations leader for its World Courier site in Millbrae, CA. This onsite role oversees staffing, training, compliance, and performance, ensuring efficient shipment handling, cold chain integrity, and regulatory adherence.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Formal education in business, admin, HR or related field; four-year degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring and maintaining talented staff for the station.
• Developing employees and overseeing training including recurrent sessions.
• Ensure SOP compliance and quality standards across procedures.
• Collaborate with national/international managers to drive growth.
• Monitor station activity, manage resources and costs for quality goals.
• Ensure cold chain requirements are met and equipment is qualified.
• Adhere to FAA, TSA, FDA and related regulations affecting the operations.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching and succession planning for direct reports.
