Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping while maintaining a safe work environment and driving KPIs. This role includes assigning tasks, monitoring volume, and adjusting staffing to meet daily demand in the facility.

You will resolve safety concerns, communicate objectives, mentor associates, and address HR-related questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high performing team handling receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping tasks
• Maintain a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety
• Communicate daily workload plans and business objectives to the team
• Monitor production volume and associate performance; adjust staffing as needed
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements across the facility
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and annual performance reviews
