Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a management- or maintenance-focused field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a similar facility.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and schedules the Event Set-Up Services portion of the Department.
• Coordinates the Operations activities with other departments and event-related contractors.
• Oversees equipment storage, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Assists in budget preparation and long-range repair/improvement planning.
• Ensures compliance with laws, codes, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Negotiate service agreements and manage vendor and contractor relations.
