Job summary

InvestCloud seeks a seasoned Senior Manager of Business Operations to own cross-functional programs across the GBO team. You will translate strategic goals into governed programs with clear milestones, owners, and metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery with rigor in scoping, forecasting, and reporting.

You will standardize processes with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services, track KPIs, manage risks, and lead change across geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or related functions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on with Jira, Tempo, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business operations programs end-to-end with defined scope, governance, milestones and metrics.
• Design and improve operational policies, procedures, and playbooks with multiple teams.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and operational metrics using data-driven insights.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies with recommended actions.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes, standards, and tools.
• Mentor the GBO team and coordinate with InvestCloud leadership.
• Leverage Jira, Tempo, Salesforce, and AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
