Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor, Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all operations related to building and construction for outdoor advertising structures. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Seven (7) + years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations including construction, maintenance, installations, and material management.
• Ensures department meets expectations of CCO Service Guarantee, meeting quality standards and contracts.
• Hires, develops, coaches, and creates a cohesive, high-performance culture with employees.
• Reviews, maintains, and implements safe work practices, complying with OSHA/EPA and regulations.
• Establishes relationships with independent contractors and suppliers, negotiating best rates.
