Job description

Death is our only foe.

Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.

We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.

Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.

We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.

Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.

This role plays a critical role in ensuring Blueprint’s operational systems, inventory flows, and commercial execution scale cleanly as the business grows. This role acts as a control point across operational systems, middleware, fulfillment partners, and commercial channels, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Customer Service, and external vendors. This is a highly hands‑on role focused on execution, systems integrity, and problem‑solving, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys turning complex workflows into clean, repeatable processes.

Position Responsibilities:

Systems Ownership & Integrations

  • Own the day-to-day performance, configuration, and continuous improvement of the operational systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, middleware, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other connected operational platforms. Ensure integrations and data flows operate reliably across systems and support end-to-end business processes.
  • Serve as the operational owner for system workflows and integrations, partnering with internal teams and external technology providers to investigate issues, resolve exceptions, and coordinate solutions. Lead root‑cause analysis for integration failures, data mismatches, and process breakdowns, addressing underlying issues and preventing recurrence.
  • Maintain visibility into system dependencies, workflows, and data movement across platforms. Identify opportunities to improve system configuration, streamline integrations, and reduce manual intervention while ensuring systems can scale with business needs.

Order Management, Inventory & Operational Execution

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, B2B, and international channels, ensuring accurate execution from order placement through inventory allocation, fulfillment, and financial reconciliation. Partner closely with the Ecommerce team on Shopify‑related workflows and integrations without owning the Shopify platform.
  • Own operational setup and maintenance of items and SKUs in NetSuite and connected systems, ensuring accurate product data and system configuration. Support new product launches, SKU transitions, product lifecycle changes, out‑of‑stock and end‑of‑life workflows, and other updates that affect inventory availability, order processing, or customer experience.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and fulfillment providers to maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite, middleware, and 3PL systems. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, order exceptions, transaction mismatches, and reconciliation issues, including inventory transfers, allocations, kitting and de‑kitting, and other workflows that affect operational and financial records.
  • Support EDI requirements and the system workflows needed to serve retail and wholesale partners. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to troubleshoot order transmission, inventory synchronization, fulfillment, and transaction issues.

Systems Readiness & Business Expansion

  • Lead operational systems setup and readiness for new sales channels, warehouse openings, fulfillment partners, and international markets. Coordinate configuration, integration requirements, order routing, inventory flows, and related operational requirements to ensure new capabilities are ready to support the business.
  • Partner cross‑functionally on system and process requirements for new market entry, warehouse openings, and 3PL onboarding. Evaluate downstream impacts across inventory, order management, purchasing, fulfillment, and financial workflows to ensure changes are implemented without disrupting existing operations.
  • Identify and implement systems integrations and capabilities that improve the business. Support the evaluation and integration of MRP and other planning tools with existing systems to automate workflows, improve data visibility, streamline purchasing and inventory planning, and enable teams to scale more effectively.

Process Improvement, Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Monitor operational systems health, integration performance, data quality, and recurring exceptions across platforms. Identify trends and underlying issues, develop reporting and visibility into system performance, and prioritize improvements based on business impact and operational risk.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to strengthen data integrity, inventory reconciliation, transaction reporting, and exception management. Ensure discrepancies are addressed at their source and that teams have clear visibility into outstanding issues and their operational or financial impact.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve system configuration, streamline cross‑functional processes, and leverage emerging technologies where appropriate. Develop scalable solutions that increase efficiency, reduce operational friction, and support business growth.
  • Maintain master data standards and clear documentation of critical operational workflows to support consistency, accountability, and continuity as systems and processes evolve.

Cross‑Functional Delivery & Change Management

  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements, workflow designs, integration enhancements, and acceptance criteria. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate solutions, coordinate execution, and ensure system changes address business needs.
  • Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, release validation, and change management for new integrations, system enhancements, and operational process changes. Validate downstream impacts across connected platforms before changes are released into production.
  • Communicate system changes, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts to relevant stakeholders. Ensure teams understand new workflows, documentation is updated, and appropriate testing and handoffs are completed to minimize disruption to business operations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, ecommerce, or systems integrations.
  • Strong hands‑on NetSuite experience, including item creation, inventory management, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and related operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrations and data flows across ERP systems, middleware, ecommerce platforms, WMS, and other connected business applications.
  • Understanding of end-to‑end order-to-cash, inventory management, fulfillment, purchasing, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross‑system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate solutions across internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system configurations, integration enhancements, and scalable operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, product launches, or operational expansion across sales channels, warehouses, or markets.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through completion in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Pipe17, Celigo, or similar tools, including ETL processes and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with EDI, retail and wholesale requirements, and the operational workflows required to support major retail partners.
  • Experience with 3PLs, WMS platforms, multi‑warehouse inventory management, and fulfillment network optimization.
  • Experience supporting international expansion, cross‑border fulfillment, and new warehouse or logistics partner onboarding.
  • Familiarity with demand planning, MRP, purchasing workflows, and inventory planning systems.
  • Experience with financial exception management, inventory reconciliation, and master data governance.
  • Knowledge of system implementations, UAT, release management, and change management best practices.
  • Experience in CPG, supplements, wellness, or other consumer product businesses operating across DTC and retail channels.
  • Experience building and documenting processes within a high‑growth organization with lean teams and evolving systems.
  • Interest or experience in automation and AI‑enabled operational improvements.
  • NetSuite certification or other relevant systems certifications.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Reliable integrations and operational workflows across NetSuite, middleware, fulfillment partners, and commercial channels, with fewer recurring system exceptions and less manual intervention.
  • Accurate, consistent product, inventory, order, and transaction data across connected systems, supported by effective reconciliation and clear exception management.
  • Successful operational readiness for new products, sales channels, warehouses, fulfillment partners, and international markets.
  • Improved visibility into system performance, inventory discrepancies, financial reconciliation, and operational risks.
  • System changes and implementations are appropriately tested, documented, and communicated, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Scalable, repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency and support continued business growth.
