Summary of Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize clinic resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory, to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, insurers, and referring physicians, to enhance collaboration and expand the clinic's network.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in orthopedic care and operations management, applying relevant knowledge to drive innovation and quality improvement.
