We are seeking a proven manufacturing leader to oversee operations for an established Manufacturing company with their flagship production plant in the Ogden area. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to lead a large, growing team through cultural transformation, process improvements, and capital investment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all plant production and maintenance operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects.
Manage and develop ~10 direct reports (supervisors/managers) overseeing 300+ production employees.
Foster a culture of engagement, trust, and accountability—leading without intimidation.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and maintain a robust safety culture.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and strategic capital projects tied to plant expansion.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience managing large manufacturing teams.
Background in discrete manufacturing, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment.
Proven track record in Lean/Continuous Improvement with measurable results.
Experience successfully leading cultural change and building high-performance teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or higher).
