Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a DWPF Operations - Maintenance Support Specialist III or Sr. Ops. - Maint. Support Spec. I or II to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline and relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or related as outlined in the job description.
• Bachelor’s degree in non-technical or non-relevant discipline with relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or related as outlined in the job description.
• Associates degree with relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or related.
• High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanics to support skill development.
• Coordinate and plans cross functional activities between construction, operations, work control, maintenance, projects and other relevant areas.
• Reviews technical and non-technical work documents for safety, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develops corrective actions for identified deficiencies and failures.
• Implements programs and improvement initiatives and supports safe operation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline

Associates degree with relevant work experience
