Job summary

The Building People is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance to support DHS facilities. You will lead maintenance planning, develop preventive programs, and ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities include advising leadership on O&M best practices, managing asset lifecycles, and guiding transition planning. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of O&M experience are required, with a CFM preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience.
