Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior in Washington, DC, to lead maintenance planning, develop preventive programs, and evaluate facility performance. An active Secret Clearance is required to perform duties supporting DHS and other agencies.

You will advise leadership, support asset lifecycle planning, and participate in O&M transition planning and implementation, working with DHS and other partners in a high-security environment.
