Job summary

The Building People, LLC, in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide project delivery for federal programs. The role acts as the single POC to Contracting Officer and COR, develops strategic roadmaps, and oversees multiple complex projects.

Requirements include an active Secret clearance, a BS in engineering or related field, and at least 10 years delivering large, campus-based programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, facilities management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience delivering enterprise-wide federal programs.
• Experience supporting campus operations and maintenance programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background check and government clearance may be required.
• Telework arrangements may change based on customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and delivering enterprise-wide federal government programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting campus operations and maintenance programs.Experience managing integrated, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
• Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
