Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee in the United States. The program runs across plasma centers with up to 95% travel and relocation after completing the trainee phase, preparing you for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

You will receive mentorship, lead diverse teams, and engage with senior management as you build a fast-track career in this growing network.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after Trainee Program completion.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across plasma centers.
• Lead teams, provide coaching, and manage performance reviews.
• Network with leaders and support career growth toward Plasma Center Operations Manager.
• Support operations and customer service while rotating through locations.
