DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead and develop a team of Supervisors, drive efficient workflows, and uphold safety standards across our warehouses in the United States. The role emphasizes coaching, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet operational goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of logistics experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, and familiarity with P&L management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year logistics industry experience.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• P&L management and project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Design and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics.
