BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program that will take you to plasma centers across the country. You’ll travel extensively while building leadership and operational skills under supportive mentors.

To succeed, you’ll lead teams, drive process improvements, and prepare for accelerated career growth as you progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager roles. This is a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training, then 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, assist in staffing and retention.
• Career Advancement: progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by training, networking and relationship building.
• Supportive Teamwork: work in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support and communicate with senior management.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: learn from BioLife team members nationwide and return home on weekends.
