Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and inventory control processes.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, shrink, and days-on-hand.
• Partner with procurement, merchandising, transportation, and vendor partners to optimize inventory flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Manage operational budgets and present performance updates to leadership.
