Job summary

Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Moore, OK to lead large-scale distribution, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain efforts. You will drive performance, develop teams, and optimize processes to support billions in product movement annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/ops.
7+ years of progressive leadership in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of inventory planning, procurement, forecasting, and distribution operations.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and inventory control processes.
Monitor KPIs including inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, shrink, salvage, and days-on-hand.
Partner with procurement, merchandising, transportation, and vendor partners to optimize inventory flow.
Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
Manage operational budgets and present performance updates to executive leadership.
Drive long-term strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve automation and scalability.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual objectives and priorities.
