The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and offers a base salary of $125,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, strategic and analytical capabilities; proven record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and inventory control processes.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, shrink, salvage, and days-on-hand.
• Partner with procurement, merchandising, transportation, and vendor partners to optimize inventory flow.
