Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience and 1 year in operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business major.
• Operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement expertise.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and data analytics (JD Edwards, Power BI, Pyramid BI).
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in problem solving and project management.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and people management.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in West Monroe, LA.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
