Job summary

Voith Paper is hiring a Sr. Manager of Operations for the West Monroe, LA facility. You will lead a ~100-person production site focused on mechanical services and paper-roll covers, driving safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.

You will develop strategy, mentor site leaders, and push continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder engagement. Onsite role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, quality, production, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute an action plan with the leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/ OE initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and product management for customer expectations.
• Communicate performance and priorities regularly to staff.
