Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability with staff.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; capable presenting to groups.
• Ability to follow and update WI’s and SOP’s; strong mathematical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and supervise operations functions in Medical Component and Technical Textile manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time delivery, proper documentation, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Improve processes and policies to maximize output and meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Monitor adherence to rules and ensure quality and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, GMP).
• Collaborate with leadership across Manufacturing, QA, and Product Development Engineering.
• Support CAPA analysis and implement resolutions to improve product quality.
• Assist in staffing, hiring, budgeting, and cost control with cross-functional teams.
