ADDMAN Engineering seeks an experienced operations leader to head our additive production team in North Carolina. You will drive safety, scheduling, and capacity planning across engineering, sales, and program management, and coordinate external vendor operations into production.

This role requires ITAR knowledge and a focus on delivering high-quality aerospace parts on time. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure MES/QMS integration, and manage maintenance plans for facilities and CNC

Aufgaben

• Lead production team responsible for additive manufacturing printing.
• Own scheduling of production assets and provide time estimates with cross-functional input.
• Coordinate external vendor/site operations into production with PM and engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering to source and maintain inventory of powder and consumables.
• Develop and own machine and facility maintenance plans.
• Drive capacity expansion with OEMs for CNC 5-axis, heat treatment, and coatings.
• Lead quality with AS9100 preparedness and QMS integration with MES/ERP.
