Job summary

Hadrian is hiring an operations and systems engineering leader to scale polymer additive manufacturing production. You will own production operations, drive end-to-end integration of AM machines into our OPUS platform, and partner with OEMs and automation vendors to unlock deeper capabilities.

The role emphasizes automation, yield, and delivery performance across multiple sites, with a focus on scalable, repeatable production and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–7 years in polymer AM operations, systems engineering, or factory-scale integration.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience with production automation, interlocks, commissioning, and sustaining engineering.
• Familiarity with polymer materials, and integration with manufacturing software systems.

Responsibilities

• Own polymer AM production operations including scheduling, throughput, yield, and on-time delivery.
• Lead end-to-end integration of AM machines, peripherals, and cell infrastructure into OPUS.
• Define system requirements, ICDs, and integration kits across multiple OEMs.
• Drive automation strategy for AM cells and improve utilization, throughput, and safety.
• Partner with machine OEMs and automation vendors to unlock deeper integration.
• Develop FAT/SAT protocols, qualification plans, and ensure readiness for audits.
