USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking an Area Service Manager to oversee 8-12 Field Services Technicians and 1-2 Lead Technicians, with up to 100,000 hp in the region. This front-line role focuses on safety, hiring, coaching, budgeting, and field relationships.

Travel is required up to 75% to support field operations, compressor maintenance, and customer engagement, while ensuring service standards and on-time maintenance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in gas compression.
• College degree preferred or requisite gas compression experience.
• Ability to drive a commercial-size truck and maintain safe driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to train and develop Field Service Technicians and Leads.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Internet, and inventory software.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 8–12 Field Services Technicians and 1–2 Leads, ensuring safety and service standards.
• Hire, coach, motivate, and manage performance; allocate resources and budget.
• Maintain field-level customer relationships and proactive communication.
• Monitor fleet operation costs and meet company targets.
• Coordinate with sales to identify opportunities and advise on major repairs.
• Travel up to 75% to support field operations and field locations.
