Job summary

Leap Brands seeks a Director of Operations to lead the performance of a multi-unit restaurant market in the Cincinnati area. The role is field-based, focused on developing General Managers and District Managers, solving problems, and driving results in sales and profitability.

You will be in the field, coaching leaders, ensuring execution of brand standards, and building a pipeline of future managers while aligning HR, Training, Marketing, and operations for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurant locations and improving unit performance.
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and District Managers.
• Strong understanding of P&L and four-wall economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of a multi-unit restaurant market.
• Coach and develop District Managers and General Managers.
• Drive sales, traffic and restaurant-level profitability.
• Improve labor, food cost and overall restaurant economics.
• Ensure restaurants execute brand and operating standards.
• Identify underperforming locations and build improvement plans.
• Recruit, develop and retain strong restaurant leadership.
• Visit restaurants regularly and stay connected to on-the-ground realities.
• Support new openings and market expansion.
• Review P&Ls and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Improve guest experience, speed of service, quality and consistency.
