Job summary

American Family Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to unify four AFC Urgent Care centers, coach Center Administrators, and drive standardized policies across the network.

You will own audits, improve workflows, and partner with Revenue Cycle Management, IT, Marketing, and Finance to optimize performance and patient experience. Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience preferred.
• Multi-site healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience directly leading and developing managers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational and financial data to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent healthcare operations leadership experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across four AFC Urgent Care locations; provide leadership to Center Administrators.
• Lead CA meetings, coach on leadership and accountability, and build independent leaders.
• Own clinic operational audit process; identify trends and ensure sustained improvements.
• Strengthen and implement SOPs, workflows, and standardized processes across locations.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, IT, Marketing, Development and Finance on cross-functional initiatives.
