Job summary

Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team across two Utah locations. You will translate business goals into structured, actionable plans, establish ownership, and build scalable processes that improve efficiency and client experience.

You will also coach staff, optimize CRM/POS systems, and collaborate with the Owner and Medical Director to ensure high-quality care, growth, and seamless operations in a growing wellness practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations or management experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, wellness, or high-touch service businesses

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across two locations and report to Owner
• Build and improve processes, SOPs, training, scheduling, and communication
• Develop reporting, metrics, and vendor coordination to support decision-making
• Coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Partner with marketing for promotions, events, and client growth
• Balance competing needs while maintaining clarity and accountability
