ITW Pro Brands in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strategic direction and planning for its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
This role includes building teams, promoting a culture of quality and safety, and driving customer service performance. A competitive salary range of $142,500 - $237,500 reflects the seniority and responsibilities of the position.

The Director of Operations provides overall direction, strategy, and planning for the division’s manufacturing facilities. In partnership with Plant Managers, the Director of Operations will have overall responsibility for manufacturing operations at each facility, including manufacturing, shipping/receiving, quality, regulatory, EHS, maintenance, engineering, strategic sourcing, and customer service.
