Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Senior Manager to lead a high-volume center across production, warehouse, logistics, and service. This hands-on leader will drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction while building a culture of accountability.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of Lean/continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or related environment.
• Proven experience leading operations and hourly workforce teams.
• Strong operational and financial management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Hands-on leadership style with accountability and execution.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and field service functions.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and customer delivery.
• Establish consistent operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Drive accountability and performance throughout the operation.
• Monitor workflows and identify bottlenecks; improve throughput and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to productivity, labor efficiency, quality, cost, margins, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee operational financial performance including labor costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives and scalability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop operational leaders and staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and executives to align operations with needs.
