- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years progressive leadership experience in operations or executive-level management.
- Oilfield services experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing trucking operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all divisions.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop growth, efficiency, and market strategies.
- Lead division managers and oversee a workforce of 150+ employees.
- Foster accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate budgets, financial performance, and strategic planning.
