Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in construction services, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills with a results-driven and collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations including trucking, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement efficient operation strategies to drive productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain branch inventory, minimizing loss due to fraud, quality issues, or miscounts.
• Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager to develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Demonstrate strong front-line leadership by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Support sales objectives by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery and service execution.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in community engagement networking to enhance the company's reputation.
