Job summary

Belmark is hiring an Operations Manager for its Flexible Packaging division in Wisconsin. You will provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations, guiding safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction while driving sustainable growth.

The role covers multiple plants and requires collaboration with Product Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and HR. You will lead capability development, implement manufacturing strategies, and oversee capacity planning, technology changes,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Seven+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in supervisor/manager roles.
Experience in Flexible Packaging or converting is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations across multiple plants.
Establish and achieve financial and performance metrics for key sites.
Synchronize plans with Supply Chain, Product Management, Technical, Engineering and HR.
Lead employee development, recruitment support, onboarding and career pathways.
Drive standardization and analyze data trends for safety, productivity, quality, waste and costs.
Plan capacity and direct business to appropriate technology and operations.
