Job summary

Quanta Exchange in Chicago seeks a Manager to lead daily market operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive product development. You will manage trading, settlement, and data processes while aligning with the COO on policy implementation and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in financial services, with senior operational experience in regulated environments, and excels in leadership, analytics, and communication. This is an in-office role in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in financial services with at least 5 in a senior operational role within an exchange, FCM, trading platform, or trading firm.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the exchange, including trading, settlement, and market data processes.
• Collaborate with the COO to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure reliability and security of trading platforms.
• Analyze market trends and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
• Manage operations team execution of daily market data and analysis reports.
• Work with the development team to implement data analytics and reporting efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, including CFTC, and support regulatory inquiries.
• Build, mentor, and lead an operations team fostering excellence and accountability.
