Job summary

tastyfx, located in Chicago, seeks an Operations Manager for Trading & Regulatory Compliance. The role spans live trading platform ops, regulatory reporting, and capital management, reporting to the Managing Director.

Hybrid work (3 days in-office) is offered as part of a lean, fast-moving team. Key duties include MT4/MT5 platform admin, incident response, regulatory correspondence, NFA/CFTC filings, and process improvement with monthly risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in trading operations at an NFA/CFTC-regulated firm.
• Licensure: Series 3 and 34 preferred; willing to obtain if not held.
• Hands-on MT4/MT5 platform administration experience.
• Experience drafting regulatory documentation under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end drafting of NFA incident reports and regulatory correspondence.
• Perform nightly NFA discrepancy and morning NFA processing reviews.
• Monitor margin compliance and regulatory reporting across platforms.
• Lead incident response, platform health checks, and triage.
• Develop SOPs and runbooks; support audits and regulatory inquiries.
