Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ seeks a Senior Supervisor, Operations Mgmt to oversee manufacturing of custom electronics from engineering to delivery. You will prioritize schedules based on design release, equipment efficiency, personnel, and materials, while guiding a unionized production team.

The role requires strong leadership, cost/quality/delivery focus, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, safety, and employee development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven leadership and management capability.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, EHS, and continuous improvement commitments.
• Develop a world-class operations team through staffing, training, and talent management initiatives while serving as a role model for integrity, inclusion, and diversity.
