L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Operations Mgmt to oversee manufacturing of custom electronics from engineering to delivery. You will prioritise schedules based on design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources, and materials supply.

The role requires leading a unionized production team, hiring input, and performance decisions while driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven leadership and management capability
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to attain and maintain a security clearance.
