Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 10+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 16+ years of related experience may apply.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 direct reports in casting operations and final assembly.
• Oversee manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety protocols with 5S+1 and VSM.
