Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience; if no degree, 6 years of related experience.
• Experience in operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.
