Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) preferred.
• 10+ years experience in engineering, project management, or technical leadership.
• Past leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical power distribution, motion control, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly workloads and resource needs.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop staff across the organization.
• Ensure all employees meet safety training requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote satisfaction.
